Health & social inclusion

We design inclusive environments that promote health, with space for movement, encounter, and rest. We create places where everyone feels welcome and can actively participate in a vital and connected living environment.

New mobility

We see mobility as a key driver of healthy and inclusive cities. In our visions, we make room for attractive walking and cycling routes, low-traffic neighbourhoods, mobility hubs, and strong public transport nodes. We intelligently connect mobility with spatial design and create urban streets that encourage interaction.

Climate change

We regard climate change as a fundamental challenge for the spatial organisation of our cities. Our strategies focus on resilient living environments with space for water, cooling, biodiversity, smart energy systems, and the integration of climate adaptation with housing quality, mobility, and public space.
