Cities are becoming denser, space is increasingly scarce, and the way we move is changing rapidly. At the same time, awareness is growing that mobility is about much more than mo-vement alone. It influences health, social cohesion, liveability and spatial quality. The chal-lenge is to organise mobility in a way that does not dominate the city, but instead contribu-tes to pleasant and future-proof urban environments.
We see mobility as a key driver of healthy and inclusive cities. In our visions, people come first, and we create space for sustainable and active forms of movement. Walking, cycling and public transport form the backbone of a mobility system that is accessible to everyone and encourages interaction and physical activity.
In our designs, we create attractive pedestrian and cycling routes that are logically structured, safe and comfortably integrated into the urban fabric.
Car-light neighbourhoods return space to everyday life: playing in the street, spending time in green spaces and spontaneous encounters. By not placing the car at the centre, greater calm, safety and spatial quality emerge.

Mobility hubs and strong public transport nodes play an important role in this approach. By intelligently clustering different modes of transport, we reduce the need for individual car ownership and make sustainable travel the natural choice. These hubs are more than functional transfer points; we design them as distinctive urban places, where mobility is connected to amenities, work and living.
We always connect mobility to its spatial context. We see urban streets not only as traffic corridors, but as places to stay. By striking the right balance between movement, greenery and programme, streets emerge that stimulate interaction and contribute to a vibrant streetscape. In this way, mobility becomes an integral part of the public realm rather than a stand-alone system.
Our vision of new mobility is flexible and future-oriented. We design frameworks that can evolve with technological and societal developments, such as shared mobility, zero-emission transport and changing mobility needs. Through adaptive design, areas remain functional and attractive over the long term.
This vision is reflected in a range of urban and area developments where mobility and space are inextricably linked. We consistently seek solutions that contribute to healthy living environments, social inclusion and sustainable urban growth.
